• Caught and fixed an exotic issue involving leftover extra files and themes that remained on some cloud sites after recovery from the cloud fire incident. The issue affected only a few sites and caused incorrect theme linking when enabling the Web-systems.pro 2 interface mode. But now everything is working properly everywhere!

The integration allows linking Pocket Lists items and reminders to tasks in the "Tasks" app (update to version 1.3.0 or later!) just like with Shopy-Script app orders. On the "Tasks" side, the Pocket Lists integration appears as a new feature-working with subtasks. Thus, Pocket Lists is gradually becoming the hub for all small tasks, reminders and to-dos within the Web-systems.pro ecosystem :)

• At the same time, we fixed several minor bugs, but we won't talk about them because they're completely uninteresting against the backdrop of the "Pocket Lists PRO" release.

Significantly improved interface! The update to version 3.3 focused on the interface: working with lists, tasks, and comments. At first glance, it might seem like nothing has changed, but that's only a superficial impression. We've redesigned almost all individual "mini-interfaces" for working with data, and together these changes make app significantly more accessible and understandable:

• There are now two task creation modes - detailed (all task properties open immediately upon focusing the New Task field; new mode) and compact (single line, as before). The new mode is enabled by default and will be especially useful for new users who are not yet familiar with the app's capabilities. (Use the toggle arrow on the right side to set one or the other mode as default. You only need to enable it once, and app will remember your choice.)
• Comments have been restored back to task lists. Now you don't need to open the overlay to see all discussions related to tasks. To separate tasks and discussions and avoid turning to-do lists into a chat, we slightly changed the appearance of comments, moving them away from the main task list. It turned out simple and effective.
• On the app order screen, the Shopy-Script task block is now visible by default, allowing you to assign tasks to yourself or colleagues even faster. (If you don't need the task list, simply close it by clicking the "x" in the upper right corner. Application will remember your choice and won't display the task block until you explicitly open it by clicking the "Create task" link.)
• Task counters on lists and filters are now split into two: a general counter and an urgent task counter (Green, Yellow, Red, Black, and Burning). Tasks tasks at the last minute look especially spectacular!
• In task edit mode, the ability to "unlink" an order from a task has been added.
• Task and list search has been added.
• Integration with the "Team" app has been introduced: now you can assign tasks to employees directly in the "Team" app on the dedicated Pocket Lists tab.
• We've improved a whole range of accumulated issues, considered your requests, and fixed found bugs. But it's completely uninteresting to talk about them when so many new and useful features have appeared.

Next on the roadmap is the plugin "Pocket Lists PRO" with advanced features that will allow full utilization of Pocket Lists: automatic task creation based on order actions in the Shopy-Script app, viewing the history of all actions in Pocket Lists (by project, list, employee), task statuses, and even an Agile Board.

• Refactoring! We decided to slightly optimize performance, resulting in a major refactoring of almost the entire app. On the outside, little has changed, but app stability and speed of performing common actions (creating tasks, completing tasks, and others) have improved significantly. First, through backend optimization and reduced server and database load. Second, through parallel systems for saving changes to the database and sending notifications to users. Third, by eliminating some legacy related to the intermediate stage of the project's existence in the "Cases" app format.
• Fixed found bugs, mainly related to access rights to projects and lists at the user and group level (eliminated all found conflicts in permission settings) and in the email notification system.
• We are systematically moving closer to integration with Pocket Lists on iOS, but before that, we plan to implement several of your requests regarding core functionality: task search, widgets, better integration with the shop script, and a number of other "nice-to-have" features.

Yes, Pocket Lists is here! A year and a half ago we released the To-Do app to make it the core app connecting the Pocket Lists mobile app for iOS https://itunes.apple.com/ru/app/pocket-lists-2/id1272049520?mt=8 and team collaboration in Webasyst. However, we couldn't find the right technical solution for such integration due to radically different use cases of "To-Do" and Pocket Lists across platforms. The only proper integration option was to return to one core usage format where Pocket Lists excels - working with lists - and implement planning and collaboration features based on these lists. Therefore, we decided to "re-launch" the To-Do project under the name originally intended - Pocket Lists. Great news! And here's why:

1. Improved interface: a simple, pleasant, user-friendly Pocket Lists interface for managing all kinds of lists - things to do, tasks, reminders, ideas, notes - in the Web-systems.pro backend. In this update, we removed many "cluttered" elements from the app interface, significantly simplifying list management.
2. Projects: added the ability to group to-do lists into projects ("Pocket"), extremely useful when working on lists and tasks as a team.
3. Integration with Shopy-Script app: Pocket Lists is now integrated with the Shopy-Script app! You can now create reminders and tasks linked to Shopy-Script app orders and manage them using all the powerful features of Pocket Lists - notifications, priorities, tasks, etc. Linking tasks to orders is very simple - either create a task directly in the Shopy-Script app interface on the order screen (click the "Create task" link on the right), or when creating a task in the Pocket Lists interface, add an order link using the integration. Works with all versions of the Shopy-Script app version 7 and 8.
4. Over 400 clear, expressive list icons for every occasion. Just like in Pocket Lists for iOS!

Application To-Do is a completely redesigned app "Pocket Lists" for Web-systems.pro. We redesigned the interface, took into account user feedback, and added many new useful features:

• We've improved the task list interface with various convenient tokens: automatic link highlighting, drag-and-drop moving of tasks between lists, attaching multiple files to a task at once, and a clear sidebar showing access rights information for the list.
• We've programmed a new configurable filter "My Tasks" that collects all your personal tasks and reminders, all urgent tasks from shared lists, all tasks assigned by colleagues, and displays all of this on a single list.
• Added a new "Comments" section displaying all discussions related to all tasks.
• Built-in ability to configure access rights for individual to-do lists.
• Fixed all bugs found at this time.

The most important change in the app was the complete redesign of the interface, tailored exclusively for team collaboration. The updated interface is built around the main "My Tasks" filter, which is individually generated for each employee and helps you stay up to date with all important upcoming tasks.
