Używamy go od tygodnia, głównie trwają procesy dostosowawcze.

Jest kilka próśb, nie będę się tu wypowiadał, napisałem do deweloperów, ale jest bardzo pilna - aktywacja zarejestrowanego klienta po potwierdzeniu pocztą nie jest automatyczna, a po weryfikacji przez administratora lub odpowiedzialnego użytkownika. Jest też kilka uwag, podczas ustawiania praw dostępu użytkownikowi do backendu okresowo pojawia się błąd 403, trzeba dokładnie przetestować wszystkie możliwe ustawienia praw.

2. Bloku wyników ostatnich pytań na stronie aplikacji.
3. Dodawania tagów do pytań faq
4. Możliwość ustawienia adresu URL sekcji faq

Proszie o dodanie możliwości przypisywania zgłoszeń nie tylko do

Na przykład wybierz przypisanie zgłoszeń do grupy "Obsługa klienta", a zgłoszenia zostaną przypisane do menedżerów w tej grupie. Rodzaj przypisania jest losowy lub zależy od mniejszej liczby zgłoszeń, które ma menedżer. Tej funkcjonalności bardzo brakuje.
