Reason for order deletion - plugin for Shopy-Script applications

Plugin "Reason for order deletion" allows you to add a reason for order cancellation.

In the plugins settings, you can add/remove "standard" reasons that will be displayed when canceling.
There is also a special option "Other reason" which displays a text field where you can specify any other option not found in the "standard" reasons. If the field remains empty, no cancellation reason will be added to the order.
