• Automatic creation of tasks based on order actions Shopy-Script now works via CRON - with delay! If previously a task was created immediately after an order action, now it will happen after N minutes, M hours, or K days - as you configure.
• This new behavior greatly helps control situations that require attention only in exceptional cases. For example, check shipment status if an order was shipped but its status hasn't changed after 7 days. Or call the buyer if no one has contacted them within 24 hours and the order is still stuck in "New" status. Pocket Lists will help keep all such situations under control!

In each rule, you can define conditions (e.g., by order amount, store, payment and shipping methods) and specify parameters of the task to be created - who it is assigned to, with what deadline, title, priority, etc.
