Service Lifting to cart - plugin for Shopy-Script applications

Plugin allows you to create a service for the entire cart, rather than for a specific product. This could be lifting, assembly, installation, and many others. Customers decides whether they need the service or not during the checkout process. The cost of the service is added to the shipping fee. Information about the service in the admin panel of the store is displayed as a separate block on the order page.

In the plugins settings, you can:

• set a fixed price for the service
• set a condition for displaying the service block depending on the total weight of the order
• set a description of the service that the customer will see during the checkout process
• set a description for each selected value that the customer will see when placing the order
• set comments for each selected value that will be visible to the operator in the order backend
• select shipping methods for which the service applies
• assign a default selection option

Usage example

You work with a courier company that performs lifting of orders over 25 kg for an additional fee of 30 PLN.

Plugin allows you to convey this information to the customer directly at checkout (rather than on the "Delivery" information page, or via a manager by phone after checkout, or via the courier at the time of delivery) and gives them the choice (whether they need the lift for 30 PLN or agree to delivery to the ground floor). This saves you time in communication with customers and earns their loyalty through transparency in providing information about your services and their costs.
