Contacts - app for managing contacts on the website.

All customer information on one page

All data for each customer or site visitor is available on one page: first and last name, email address, phone number, postal address, social network accounts, birthday. Additionally, add your own comments about each customer.

On the customer information page, you will also see:

• list of orders placed in your online store (using the "Store" app)
• list of inquiries they wrote to the technical support department (using the "Helpdesk" app)
• questions and comments left in the support center or forum (using the "Hub" app)
• mass news emails they received from you (using the "Mailer" app)

Access rights management

Application "Contacts" is a system app of web-systems.pro, where you add new users to your account and regulate their access rights. Each user should only have access to the set of apps and functions necessary for their work.

Merging contacts

If it turns out that the same customer is registered twice on your site (for example, with different email addresses), it is easy to merge several records of the same person into one - for the convenience of accounting and communication with customers.

Contact categories

Create your own categories and add any customer to any number of categories. Categories are useful, for example, for sending email notifications on different topics to different groups of customers - using the "Mailer" app.

Contact PRO

"Contacts" provides basic functions for managing customer contact information. But much more is possible with the "Contacts PRO" plugin:

• detailed search and filtering of the list by a huge number of fields and properties;
• the ability to create custom fields in customer data;
• summary statistics and activity reports for all users on one page with a schedule and email notifications;
