Why is the plugin "Reviews+" needed?

Adequate, informative, real reviews, additionally with photos, bring in significantly more real customers than any other methods of "forcing" a purchase. And it is worth rewarding customers for this. And what if you add information to the order notification themes that reviews are rewarded with bonuses? This is a simple and quick way to increase the number of real product reviews directly from customers.

What can the plugin "Reviews+" do?

• Notifies the manager about new reviews via email.
• Saves information about the website where the review was left.
• Notifies the review author via email and/or SMS about a response from the store administration.
• Inserts the review domain and product with the appropriate URL into email/SMS themes for multi-site installations.
• Sends news on behalf of the saved domain (requires appropriate configuration of the framework's email subsystem).
• Crediting and removing bonuses for a review.
• Can award additional points for a review with photos in the "by product types" mode.
• Notifies the review author about bonus crediting via email and/or SMS.
• Adds a "My reviews" tab in the customer's Personal account with the ability to edit reviews, including adding new photos.
• Adds review editing functionality in the admin panel.
• Allows configuring permissions for managers with limited "store" access to respond to reviews, credit bonuses, and edit their own or others' reviews.

Important points:

1. For bonuses to work, the app "Store" must have the affiliate program enabled in the "Marketing" section.
2. To send news on behalf of the appropriate domain, you need to configure mail in the "Settings" application -> "Settings email". If no suitable transport is found for the domain, the "default" transport is used.
3. Automatic bonus crediting is not yet available! If reviews can be left in the store without registration, there is no contact to work with (there is no one to credit bonuses to). And if reviews are published in the store without moderation, bonus spam will appear immediately. Therefore, in the plugin, bonus crediting is done only by manually pressing the "credit bonuses" button. In the future, the "publication" action will likely be linked to bonus crediting.
