What problem does plugin solve?

By default, Shop-Script adds the shipping address to the customer profile with each new order, even if it differs only by a space or letter case in one of the address fields. Over time, dozens of identical addresses accumulate for customers, which cannot be removed from the personal account. This clutters the database and makes it harder for managers to work.

How does plugin work?

Plugin automatically synchronizes the shipping address from the order with the contact profile, leaving only the latest current address. With each new order, old duplicates are removed, and the most recently used address is saved in the customer card. This way, the user always has only one, most up-to-date shipping address in their account.

If you have an “old” online store with a large number of customers and the database is already noticeably cluttered with such shipping addresses, plugin allows you to tidy up the data without waiting for new customer orders. The settings include a “Manual cleanup” feature that, before removing unnecessary entries, displays statistics showing how many and what can be deleted:
