Contacts PRO - plugin for the "Contacts" app

Plugin "Contacts PRO" extends the functionality of the Contacts app and makes it a vital element of your CRM!

With the "Contacts PRO" plugin, you will be able to:

• use advanced search for any fields and various conditions, with the ability to save queries,
• add new fields for filling in contact information according to your own needs,
• analyze activity: all customer and user actions across all apps of >Web Systems Pro< are recorded and tracked,
• schedule events using a list of all company events in a calendar accessible to all employees,
• categorize contacts into types - individuals and companies - and link them together,
• display your contacts' addresses on Google Maps, individually or in groups,
• import contacts from a file or as plain text,
• publish registration forms to collect contact details from website visitors and send them various important information,
• never miss birthdays: timely greetings for everyone are now possible!

Advanced Search

The powerful search engine allows you to find needed contacts by any property: name, address, date of birth, email address, and many other parameters.

A query can be saved as a filter, always available in the sidebar, so you won't need to repeatedly select the same options.

Field Builder

Store anything, from employee hobbies to customers' pet breeds (e.g., if your online store sells products for dog and cat owners).

Add any number of new fields, and customers will be able to fill them out themselves in their personal account on your website (in the "Site" app settings).

In addition to standard fields, you can add custom notes about any contact.

Viewing User and Customer Activity

Your employees in the >Web Systems Pro< system and your website customers perform numerous daily actions: logging in and out of their accounts, leaving comments on blogs, editing profiles in their personal accounts, adding new users, and signing up for email notifications.

Thanks to filters in the activity log, you will know exactly who did what and when: select the contact or action you're interested in, and see who performed it within a specific timeframe.

Look at the success of social media. Their greatest value lies in massive user databases containing connections, mutual links, and detailed records of each user's activity on their account. Create your own high-quality database of customers and employees, and start working with it to significantly grow your business!

Event Planner

Add recurring team events to the calendar, including meetings, group trips, and holidays. Each event can be set as a reminder.

Individuals and Companies

Plugin "Contacts PRO" supports two contact types: individuals and companies. Individuals can be linked to companies:

Companies can have their own contact fields, different from those used for individuals, such as legal address, bank details, and website URL.

Viewing Addresses on Maps

See where your customers live and work! Addresses on Google Maps can be displayed individually or in groups. For example, a courier could easily estimate the route for several customer visits with just one glance at the map.

Import Contacts

Transfer contacts via CSV file or plain text ("copy and paste") from various address books and other sources to manage them through a single convenient interface. Contacts can also export data to a CSV file for transferring contacts to other customer management systems.

Registration Forms

Collect contact information from website visitors using web forms. A visitor interested in receiving useful information from you via email newsletter or phone call will provide their name, email address, and phone number, which you can later use to contact the customer. Customers will appreciate quick feedback from you, while you gain a valuable contact database to support your business growth.

Birthdays

Birthdays are also events, but very personal and special ones. Everyone would be delighted to receive something pleasant on that day. Offer your customers special birthday offers (discounts)!

Make the date of birth field visible in your website's personal account, and customers will fill it in themselves! Why? Most likely because they expect you to give them something for their birthday. Use this opportunity to get closer to your customers, and they will be more willing to place increasingly more orders on your website.

The list of birthdays for all contacts is displayed in calendar format.

Configure email reminders for the birthdays of contacts you care about-they will be sent in advance or on the same day.
