Work Statistics

In "Team", statistics of actions performed by each user in every >Web Systems Pro< application — are displayed as a chart, allowing you to easily assess an employee's activity visually.

Activity Timeline

For each user, you can also view the sequence of actions they performed during the month.

Groups and Offices

Your employees may work in the same location or be separated by kilometers and work remotely. Depending on how your company is organized, group employees either by location or by job type and responsibilities. Each employee can be added to one or more groups-however you prefer.

Calendars

This is an essential part of the "Team" application. With calendars, you can mark absences, indicate when employees are away from their regular workplace due to business trips or other reasons. In addition to these "standard" statuses, you can set custom statuses for your company-for example: "Very busy until a certain date, contact only with urgent questions".

Just like employee statuses, calendars can also indicate related events.

By default, "Team" includes several standard calendars: "Birthday", "Vacation", "Business Trip", "Hospital", "Meeting", "Other". Additionally, in the application settings, you can add any number of extra calendars — which can be convenient for managing a large number of different events.

Integration with Google, iCalendar, and Outlook.com calendars

Each user in your company will be able to synchronize their personal calendars from Google, iCalendar, and Outlook.com services with their "Team" calendar. Manage calendar events using the "Team" application, and your changes will appear when you log back into those service accounts.

To integrate with external calendars, install the appropriate plugins.
