Zadarma - plugin for the "CRM" application

Plugin "Free" integrates with >Web Systems Pro< CRM phone numbers configured in the IP Zadarma telephony service.

Selected users of your account will be able to see a pop-up notification about the Customer before answering their call. All calls are recorded in the CRM history, and you will be able to listen to the recording of any conversation at any time. Both incoming calls from customers and outgoing calls to customers are recorded.
