Displaying product creation and modification dates

In the backend product card, in the right column, the dates of product creation and last modification are displayed. Displaying this information can be disabled in plugins settings or set to show format: Date only or Date and time.

Displaying estimated delivery time

When viewing an order in the backend, if plugin calculated the delivery time while determining shipping costs during order processing, the manager can check what was promised to the customer.

Displaying product edit history

While viewing a product in the backend, you can see who edited the product and when. Only manual edits are considered, excluding imports, etc. This feature is enabled in plugins settings.

Coupon information by its identifier

A helper that helps extract coupon information if its identifier is known. For example, in an order only the ID of the used coupon is stored, making it impossible to retrieve the coupon code or other related data.

Helper call:

{$coupon_info = shopTipsPlugin::getCouponById(4)}

In the example, the number 4 stands for the coupon ID. For instance, in printed forms, you can get the ID of the coupon used in an order from the variable '$order.params.coupon_id'. Note that first, an order might not contain a coupon, and second, the coupon might have been deleted after the order was placed.
Return value. If the coupon is found, an associative array (key-value format) is returned:

• code - coupon code
• type - type. Can be "%", a 3-letter currency code, or "$FS". The percent sign means percentage discount, a currency code means discount in that specific currency, and "$FS" means free shipping
• limit - usage limit. If there is no limit, it returns `NULL`
• used - number of times the coupon has been used. So if limit is not `NULL` and used is equal to or greater than limit, then the coupon is inactive
• comment - comment string for the coupon
• extire_datetime - expiration date limit. If there is no date limit, it returns `NULL`
