What task does the plugin "Disable shopping cart" solve

Plugin "Disable shopping cart" for the "Shop" app allows you to block the ability to place orders by website visitors. Plugin has two operating modes:

1. Complete disabling of cart, which removes the "Buy" button and the cart section itself from the page;
2. Partial disabling of cart, website visitors will be able to add products to cart, but will not be able to proceed to checkout. Instead of the "Checkout" button, an informational message will appear, which you can specify in the settings.

Plugin implements multi-site support, which will allow you to disable cart only on those sites where it is required. Additionally, you can set user categories that will not be subject to the cart block.

Please note that this plugin only works with the "Cart" page and is not intended to be used together with the "Buy with one click" plugins.
