Comments for orders - plugin for Shopy-Script applications

Very often a manager or another person needs to add a comment to an order, so that it is visible to other managers or users of the store's admin panel.

It is not always convenient to do this in the standard way, by adding it to the order history. It often happens that comments written this way are simply lost among many other posts in the same channel.
